Common how-to questions

1. How do I log in to the Digital Solutions online portal?

I have only just registered . . . 

  1. Firstly, welcome to the Digital Solutions program!
  2. A member of our team will call you at your scheduled time to discuss the program and how it can best assist with your business needs 
  3. After this call, provided you are eligible and interested, you will receive an email prompting you to pay our $44 program fee
  4. Once you have paid, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account to the Digital Solutions online portal
  5. Follow the prompts to create your account!
  6. Use these login details to access the online portal. Not sure how? Check out the other how-to sections below!

I have just created an account

  1. You're in the right place. Simply scroll up and click the "After login" button at the top of this page
  2. You'll be taken to the post-login welcome page
  3. Scroll down to access everything this program has to offer!

I've created an account, but since navigated away from this website and come back

  1. No problem! Click the "Login" button at the top of this page
  2. Enter your login details (ensure you use the same email address you used for your program registration)
  3. You'll be taken to the post-login welcome page

I've forgotten my password

  1. Click the "Login" button at the top of the screen
  2. Click the "Forgot my password" option at the bottom of the login pop-up box
  3. Enter the email address you used to register for the program
  4. Go to your email account and open the email with the subject: "Password reset for Digital Solutions Australian Small Business Advisory Services Program Dashboard"
  5. Note that this email might be in your Promotions or Spam/Junk folders
  6. Follow the link provided in the email (i.e. click the blue text that says "click here")
  7. You will be taken to a screen that says: "Get a brand new password!" 
  8. Enter your new password twice 
  9. A pop up box will say that you can now login using your new password. You may be automatically logged in at this point and redirected to the program welcome page. Alternatively, follow the prompt to login.
  10. Success!

2. How do I book a mentoring session?

I am a new member of the Digital Solutions program.

  1. Navigate to the Mentors page HERE
  2. Once you've browsed our full list of mentors and decided on the best expert for your business needs, scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill in the mentoring registration form
  3. We will confirm your eligibility within 3 business days and send you an email with a secure booking link to schedule a session with your chosen mentor
  4. Follow the link, book in, and away you go!

I registered for the Digital Solutions program between January and June 2021, and I have not yet accessed mentoring.

Since you have not yet undertaken the mentoring component of the program, you are eligible to access this at a rate of $25 for one 2-hour session.

As you have already accessed the mentoring component of the program, you are ineligible to access additional mentoring hours. Please continue to enjoy our workshops, webinar replays, and online courses!

I've booked a mentor session but need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your mentor session, you must contact the Digital Solutions team immediately at:

Once the Digital Solutions team has been notified they will contact you and your mentor and assist with finding an alternative time.

3. How do I book a second mentoring session?

I have completed my first 2-hour session.

Now that you have completed your first mentoring session, all you need to do is ensure you've completed the feedback form. Once you've done this, you will receive an email invitation within 10 business days to book your remaining 1-hour session.

4. How do I access the webinar replays?

I have not registered for the Digital Solutions program

  1. There's your problem! Please fill out the registration form on our website and you'll soon be able to access our webinar replays.

I've registered for the program. Now what do I do?

  1. Log in to the Digital Solutions online portal
  2. On the Welcome page, scroll down to the "Watch our webinars" section
  3. Decide which topic of webinar replay you'd like to watch - social media, website and SEO, online marketing and content, or online business tools 
  4. Click the respective "View Webinars" button
  5. Follow the steps in the "How to view a webinar" section 
  6. Have fun learning!

5. How do I watch a workshop replay?

I was unable to attend a workshop but don't want to miss it entirely.

Great news - you don't have to miss it! After a workshop is delivered, it can take up to 3 business days for the replay to be available online. At this point, you will receive an email from the program with a link to that replay. It will also become available in the appropriate category as described in the question above, so you can also access it that way.

6. Do I have to be a member to access workshops?

In the past, I could register for a workshop without signing up to the program.

The Digital Solutions program now requires every participant to register in order to access workshops, mentoring, replays, and our online courses. So in short, yes, you do have to be a member! You can fill out the program registration form by visiting our home page HERE and scrolling to the registration form at the bottom. 

Frequently asked questions

Am I eligible to register?

To access the program's services, you must be operating for-profit in Victoria and have under 20 full-time equivalent employees. Sole traders can also access the program. Your business must have an ABN.

What are the costs involved?

Mentoring, workshops, and all online courses in the Education Portal can be accessed for a flat membership fee of $44. You can access up to 3 hours of 1:1 mentoring, subject to availability.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the program?

The initial program phone call will last approximately 30 minutes. Our business consultant will use this time to learn about your business' needs and ascertain how you can get the most out of the program. They will recommend pertinent topic areas and upcoming workshops best suited to your needs. You will then have access to 3 hours of mentoring and 4 hours of workshops. You have unlimited access to the Education Portal to undertake the online courses. 

When does the program end?

The program runs until 30 September 2022. In that time you can access your allocation of mentoring and workshops, as well as expand your knowledge and skill set with our online courses. Access to experts via Mentoring and our Creative Studio is likely to reach capacity before that time, so we recommend booking early.

Where are the workshops held?

Due to COVID-19, workshops are currently being delivered online. Once restrictions allow for face-to-face workshops to resume, they will be held in various locations across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

How will my small business benefit?

Your business will become more equipped to compete in the digital marketplace. You will have access to expert business mentors and designers who will work with you one-on-one to enhance your online presence. You will attend workshops and continue your upskilling journey with our online courses that are tailored to small businesses. How many mentoring hours can I access?

You are eligible to access up to 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring, provided you have not already used these hours in a previous phase of the program. These hours are likely to be delivered in the form of 1 x 2 hour appointment and 1 x 1 hour appointment.
